I love that this kit comes with four separate kits within, and all the pieces you would need - a fun idea for a girls night craft where you each have all the pieces you need. :) I actually did not use the recommended pattern or cloth that was pre-printed, but this kit let me dip my toes into making embroidery necklaces and now I'm hooked. One caveat - the instructions recommend using a glue stick to adhere the embroidery to the necklace base and I find hot glue doesn't play well with scrunched fabric. I used E6000 and clamped the sides with binder clips and it worked like a charm.
