I gave this device one star in my first review. I'll stick with this rating for now. The seller did not answer my questions. However, we were assisted by a wonderful support rep from Revain. They send me a replacement device and free shipping to send back my broken device. The device has not established a connection to the Internet or network. There are no maps to navigate. There isn't even a way to download maps that I can find. This is a very complex entity. Not very comfortable. But it's packed with great options and pretty good sound if you can get it all to work. I will update my review once I receive the replacement unit.
