This sweater fits perfectly with my 20.5 "Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He has no straps on the hind legs, but the sweater fits comfortably to his croup on the arm holes of the sleeves and on the neck There is a thin blue stripe on the turtle.The armholes have short sleeves, not just open holes.This is a thinner bias knit sweater perfect for indoors or windless fall weather.Giving 3 stars because a few hours after putting it on, my dog felt comfortable with the hind paw scratched his back and immediately created a gaping hole on the sweater so he didn't last long when he started unraveling!I have 3 dogs and countless sweaters and this is the first to have holes in it within an hour of wearing it and unraveled.I was sad I couldn't even mend it because I really liked this sweater for the hour it was in!
