I have to say that I was very disappointed when I first used this product. But some of them might just be having a bad day. Also, I multitasked throughout the process. I decided to finish dinner and do it when I can concentrate. Installation was easy once I saw that I could find the app in the store. Set up was easy, I assumed the contact was 4 0 and it worked. To be honest, I didn't look to see if it was in the manual. I opened the device to find paper. The arrow to peel off the sticker so you can untangle it came off fairly easily. I read the instructions to make sure it's positioned correctly. Finally ready to print my first label! Hooray! I don't double click anything, lots of trial and error, finally it works and prints but not centered. After another similar try I'm ready to return this one! However! I paused, tried again, and played around. TIP! Set the position where you want to place the text, then lock it before you start typing. Or block first and then order. ALSO, it doesn't read the correct length of gap stickers! I couldn't place it in the middle and I realized there was a lot of space left at the end. I changed it from 30mm to 45mm and now it is centered! You can see the difference between the two pictures, the first one is 45mm. It may be more than what I just tested. Hope this helps someone else out of frustration! 😀
