I really like this product. We've used it for air frying, toasting and takeaway reheating. As everyone says it gets very hot so it's important to have a safe place away from curtains and walls. We didn't have any issues with tape residue as some have reported, it came off easily and cleanly. The toast feature is a bit slow, but not terrible. English muffins darken in 6 minutes (I like dark and crunchy ones). I only used those 6 minutes to cook the rest of my breakfast while I waited. The crumb tray and the basket of the hot air fryer are easy to clean. The fryer works great, but so far we've only fried frozen chicken wings. Haven't used it on salmon, fresh chicken and potatoes yet but plan to do so soon. The only negative I can think of is that the lines on the dials are a little hard to see. **UPDATE** Fresh salmon turned out great, fried for 20 min 400!
