I really like this product. We've used it for air frying, toasting and takeaway reheating. As everyone says it gets very hot so it's important to have a safe place away from curtains and walls. We didn't have any issues with tape residue as some have reported, it came off easily and cleanly. The toast feature is a bit slow, but not terrible. We really liked this deep fryer. We used it basically every day. It was a five star product. But it's only been five months since we bought it and now it won't turn on. In the past few weeks, we've also started noticing some other strange things. Sometimes it turned itself off before the timer was up. We also noticed that when the door was opened it stayed on and continued to cook, although it had never done that before. When you open the door it stops immediately until you close the door again
