I like that every single field in this tool can be used to create custom visualizations, from simple charts or graphs all through advanced dashboards with drill downs and filters. It has many different tools/features so it's difficult at first to find what you are looking for as there isn't always an 'out of box' visualization available (and some require additional workarounds to use). There was only one version released - we had issues getting updates out into our SF instance quickly enough which meant several months without new features being added after initial implementation. At least 4 people within my team have purchased their own licenses for viewing logs when needed but not everyone uses VTRAC everyday as part of daily operations. The ability to view detailed log information about users who haven’t logged onto your system, giving insights into usage patterns across multiple systems. Easy to use, easy integration with SFDC/SalesForce CRM system; very flexible software that can be customized as per our business requirements without any hassle at all! The support team of appIniuum has been outstanding in their service delivery - they are always there when you need them!! Highly recommend this product if looking out an integrated tool which will help us manage every aspect related sales force automation from one place.
