This was definitely the best alternative to expensive OEM cab mounts. However, I needed new blobs (the old ones were rusty and thinner than a pencil) so I had to get them elsewhere, I found them in an LMC truck. Another thing to note is that the instructions say the larger bushing should be under the radiator bracket, but for a single cab 1990 Silverado it should go under the back of the cab.
