I would give 0 stars if I could. When I received the guitar I plugged it into my Xbox and it worked great. I went back to it the next day and the bottom play just wasn't working. After almost a month of playing with EXTREME LEICHT, the spring of the hitting bar broke, but unlocked the lower strum - for ten minutes. This product is a waste of money no matter how much or how little you pay for it. Also, there was no strap (but that was to be expected), surprisingly the breakaway cable came with it and the left strap thingy was gone and I assumed it had fallen into the guitar since I heard it had that - it thundered. . It's been a month since I bought it and the strumming is so finicky now too. The only thing that actually still works as intended are the buttons on the frets.
