I ordered an IsheTao thermometer for my husband, a retired chef. I can't believe we used a battered old thermometer years ago. Now that my husband is taking some time off from professional cooking, he is interested in cooking in our kitchen, HORRA! I thought maybe this thermometer would cheer him up even more. Yes, I'm VERY looking forward to his delicious dishes, can you tell? HA! Even I was impressed by this thermometer and I don't know what I'm doing in the kitchen. Response time is almost instantaneous, easy to use, and we measured it with a vintage thermometer and found it perfectly accurate. Our gains are in Celsius and if you are using Fahrenheit and can't figure out how to make the switch please don't be like my husband and read the instructions. It's in directions. If you don't read the instructions, my husband understands. I went back and read the list and saw that it could be used to measure bath water. This would have come in handy when we had little kids! I love that it's versatile if I ever get inspired by pastries or chocolate shows and want to try it. Well what am I thinking? It would be a disaster. I leave all the kitchen magic to my husband. I am a seasoned buyer and I give the IsheTao digital thermometer five stars because it is exactly as described and does what it is supposed to do.
