Have you read the ratings for these items? NONE of these are consistently reliable. NO. The first thing that impressed me was the packaging. Beautiful box with compartments, carefully packed and in individually sealed bags. Even some explanatory and promotional parts. Maybe these people CARE! (?) I'm thrilled and amazed that it works so well! The most common complaint about ALL of these power supplies is that they get dangerously hot. This is only slightly warm. I plugged it into my surface, the charging light comes on and the light tells me it's charging! We're on the move! I need to install a large number of updates that were disallowed due to low power consumption. If we load now, they all load. At the moment I give 4 stars on all points. Products and people only get 5 stars if they cook me breakfast and then give me a massage. Maybe I got lucky and found a keeper! Congratulations to all of us! You will thank me later.
