Great value for money. However, I emailed ASUS to ask about the maximum RAM upgrade and if there is room for an additional hard drive. I was told it can be expanded up to 12GB and there is a slot to install an additional 4GB. If I wanted a larger hard drive, I would have to replace the one currently installed. As you can see from the photos, there is no slot to add RAM, but there is room for an additional hard drive. Even if you look at the specifications on the internet yourself, you get wrong information. I shipped it to the Philippines and will not pay for return shipping. This is a good computer for the price, my real problem was that ASUS couldn't even provide accurate update information. Something tells me it can probably be upgraded to 16, but the currently installed RAM needs to be replaced.
