Worked, easy fix in my review

At first, thought the electronics wouldn’t trigger after installing (nothing happened when I clicked the trunk open button while the trunk lid was open). but I figured out the electronics do not fire at all if the trunk is in the open position. once I closed the latch mechanism with a screw driver, clicking the trunk open button worked flawlessly. this is different than the OEM part which would trigger regardless of open or closed
