Review on 🛏️ Serta Never Flat Pump Raised Air Mattress by Nate Mims

3rd December 2018 Style: Twin Serta Purchased March 2017 I bought this bed some time ago March 2017 I will say this about the bed, it comes with a nice carrying case and is easy to set up Just plug it into the wall, turn the inflation switch and it will automatically inflate and deflate at the correct set air pressure. Finally, it's quite comfortable as I covered the mattress with a quilt and cloud blanket. There is one serious problem: since purchasing the mattress, it has only been used twice and the second time it was used it didn't work. Shortly after the mattress arrived it was used for one night and worked fine. The mattress was next prepared for use this month (December 2018). After two uses, the mattress fell off the pump controls and became virtually unusable as it no longer retains air. Once inflated, the air comes out and lays flat on the ground. I understand the mattress has an excellent 2 year guarantee. I'll try to find the number on the product page to see how to replace it. I will report the results after contacting the company.
