Used hard! suitable for bedding

I bought this air mattress in July 2014. The queen-size mattress topper matches this bed, as does the queen-size linens! My husband and I used this while visiting our daughter. Our daughter has slept on this airbed as her bed every night for 5 months. Now my husband and I use this bed again when we visit our daughter and husband. In my opinion, we used this air mattress very intensively and for longer than planned. Now the inflation/deflation switch doesn't work unless we hold it. After almost…

Neverflat until it fails.

.that he made for Christmas just a year later. The pump seal has failed and the mattress cannot hold the pressure. Don't bother with customer service. Serta is useless and they WILL just tell you to call the manufacturer; American vacation. When I contacted the manufacturer at 800-325-4121, it was replaced the next day. Customer service Serta: 1 star Customer service from the manufacturer: 5 stars Product (lasted a total of approx. 20 nights): 3 stars. It should be noted that the same mattress…

DO NOT BUY! - Linen

I have had this mattress since October 2015. During that time it has been used sparingly, 5-10 nights maximum. Just this week (December 2017) I put it up for our guests and it didn't hold the air. After carefully inspecting the entire mattress, I noticed that the air pump had become detached from the mattress. This resulted in an air leak around the perimeter of the pump (see photo). It's not something I can fix, although I've tried to seal it to no avail. This is very disappointing and I feel…

Well, while it lasts.

The Serta mattress is comfortable, practical and the pump never runs out without complaint. But this mattress is only a short-term fix. The top of the bed is covered with round coils that create dozens of stress points as the mattress inflates. The seams of these stress points WILL BE BROKEN. It's only a matter of time. And worse, since the stress point is a seam, your leak will be a tear rather than a hole. This tear will grow and there is nothing you can do about it. To make matters worse…

Fails after second use

3rd December 2018 Style: Twin Serta Purchased March 2017 I bought this bed some time ago March 2017 I will say this about the bed, it comes with a nice carrying case and is easy to set up Just plug it into the wall, turn the inflation switch and it will automatically inflate and deflate at the correct set air pressure. Finally, it's quite comfortable as I covered the mattress with a quilt and cloud blanket. There is one serious problem: since purchasing the mattress, it has only been used twice

Bought 3 of these and 2 broke in the same spot

In the last 2 years I have bought 3 of these cribs and have just ordered a 4th from a different brand. One of the beds was used 3 days a week by a nurse who looked after my mother (82) at night. The second was used sporadically when a friend had to stay the night so we could finish a late presentation. The third was never inflated because it was mistakenly plugged into a 220 volt outlet and was therefore rendered unusable. I guess we'll never know if it would have broken in the same place, but…

Last update: Purchased in November. Expired after a few weeks. Revain replaced him in December. The replacement is now leaking. Exactly the same place and in just two days to 8 weeks. And now Revain has told me I can't return a replacement so I lost my entire $130 purchase price. This bed from NeverFlat is a great idea. if you'll never actually use it. Complete junk. I had high hopes as the reviews were good. However, this bed appears to have had a slight leak from day one as the 'NeverFlat'…

Great warranty but problems

I bought this bed a while ago. Probably over a year ago. I say it for the bed. It is very easy to use, just plug it into the wall, flip the switch and it will automatically inflate and deflate at the right pressure. The silent pump comes in handy on a winter night when the temperature drops and the bed pressure drops, turning the pump on and keeping the bed fully inflated, and it's fairly quiet, not enough to wake a moderate sleeper. After all, it's pretty convenient. The bed has another plus…

Best value for money air mattresses: see update Unexpected quality

I don't usually write product reviews but if I can help others, especially if I'm hesitant about which product to buy, I will do it . First pros and cons: Pros: Sturdy construction and very comfortable (even on a plush frame is very solid) No air leaks yet. The built-in pump inflates the mattress in about 4 minutes. At least it wasn't working until the Never Flat pump kicked in. I haven't heard that before. Can sit on the side of the mattress if it shifts or makes noise. Easy to install, very…
