Review on 🛏️ Serta Never Flat Pump Raised Air Mattress by Mike Anderson

I bought this bed a while ago. Probably over a year ago. I say it for the bed. It is very easy to use, just plug it into the wall, flip the switch and it will automatically inflate and deflate at the right pressure. The silent pump comes in handy on a winter night when the temperature drops and the bed pressure drops, turning the pump on and keeping the bed fully inflated, and it's fairly quiet, not enough to wake a moderate sleeper. After all, it's pretty convenient. The bed has another plus, but I'll move on to that after talking about what I don't like. That's the problem. After a year of occasional use, the mattress separated from the pump controller and became virtually unusable as it would no longer hold air. Alright, back to the good stuff. 2 year mattress guarantee. I called the number listed on the product page and was then emailed with replacement instructions. A week later a new mattress arrived. But unfortunately another problem. This one, straight out of the box, had a small hole in the top pillow of the mattress. No problem, followed the instructions and got the third mattress. This was great from the start, but after about two uses the mattress again disconnected from the pump controller. The mattress is still under warranty so I can still get a replacement but it's getting a little boring. I'm wondering if this is a mattress model or was I just unlucky and got all the defective ones? Aside from being lucky with the mattress, the seller was very good and straightforward.
