I bought this hair dryer in April 2016. Less than 3 months later, in August 2016, the heating element stopped working. electricity but no heat. I contacted the company for a replacement. They have replied but their replacement policy, at least in writing, does not cover purchases made over the internet/revain (be careful buyers). However, the customer service rep told me to send it back without a receipt BUT WITH a $35 fee to cover shipping (it can't be that much for shipping, seriously) and that I would get a replacement. I did and my replacement arrived last week (October 2016). Two days later the heating element died. I can only assume it's a product defect (by comparison my intermediate purchase from a much cheaper brand works great) and I doubt I'll make the $100+ I've now spent on the original product and board , will refund replacement.
