Very user friendly & extensible platform for tracking and managing patient records
It's easy, it can be used as an online version too if you want! The support team has been amazing in helping us with our needs whenever we have had questions about how something works (or doesn't). There are so many options when using this program - I honestly don't even know where most things fit into because there seems like such flexibility available here; but one thing i would really appreciate more help from Support regarding is customizing reports/data fields etc.. This makes data collection much easier than having to go back through every single record by hand looking at each entry individually just to find what information was needed previously saved elsewhere within my database system.

- It's a program with a really steep and steep learning curve, and it's the most customizing and customizing you can have it's easy to find a program to help with database needs, but it's really easy to find a program to help
