The firm is very professional in all aspects they do business with us including contract negotiations.

They are also extremely responsive when it comes time for questions or concerns about contracts/agreements being executed by them within days after sending over an initial draft via email! I have not found anything negative thus far during my relationship at this point but if something does come up there would be no issues addressing those matters quickly (if need arises). Contract negotiation process involving multiple parties across state lines; however was able to get most things resolved relatively easily through direct communication between myself representing client's interest versus working directly with attorney who negotiated agreement with other party represented under same entity.
