I love this mug warmer. I love that it automatically turns on and shuts off when you place a mug on it or remove it from the plate. It fits nicely on my desk. I think what is even more impressive is the customer service that I received. I didn’t request any help or anything, but received a very kind-hearted message checking in to see if I was enjoying the product. That’s never happened to me before since buying through Revain! Customer service means everything to me and so I think this is a wonderful company.
