Images with error: MR does not have a VGA connection! Otherwise a good device.

I've only had it a few weeks and prefer to use electronics for at least a few months before starting a review, but I'll come back and edit if I don't get anything right. The images provided in this listing (as of 02/23/2021) are incorrect and do not show the HD-401MR. Half of these are recordings from the newer HD-401MV. The MR has NO VGA output and has much simpler and less versatile controls. You can see the model number in the photos directly on the device, so I'm pretty sure someone who can't read English characters is to blame. If you were expecting a VGA input, I'd complain to Revane; I think they have a legal obligation to comply with sales of the product featured on the listing. EDIT: Just noticed that now ALL images are from MV devices (with a VGA output added), none from MR devices (HDMI only). Made it worse! I don't know why they did it. If you want MV at the price of MR, buy from this listing! If they send you an MR, claim the MV because that's what they advertised! They should respect their ads and not just give you money back. They deserve it for not keeping their house in order. As you read this, you may have already fixed this issue. (No.) If so, then I can say that this is a worthy unit. I just needed to be able to view four displays on one and switch to just one display from time to time. He's doing great. The two inputs are the main screen and an additional desktop monitor. I can set up the displays on the system to match the "on top of each other" configuration I'm getting on the monitor, so I have no problem moving my mouse between screens. I took off two stars because of the wrong pictures. model in the ad. But I would deduct a star for the almost useless other display options available. They all change the aspect ratio to fit the space they've designed, and who needs two screens in the middle with two tall but very flattened bezels on the sides? I think you could find some better configuration options if you put in the same effort, like this one: Picture in Picture: One input fills the entire monitor with the correct aspect ratio, one input covers a corner, you can choose which corner is what he concludes. Three on a Side: Similar to the variant they have but done with the aspect ratio of the larger picture and the ability to switch sides housing three monitors. Just a few suggestions. When this review arrives at corporate headquarters, they may contact me for advice. Key takeaway: Maintaining the aspect ratio is what customers want.
