
This container goes well with a sous vide stick machine. I bought a lid to use with a Joule sous vide oven and it works great minimizing evaporation during long cooks like brisket. Protection when cooking, the container is deep enough for large cuts of meat. Cons: A really big piece of meat won't fit in here. No beef rib stand will work unless it's cut first. The main downside is that the neoprene sleeve smells awful. Smells like the rubber it's made of.
