I don't think you should have a photo of the whole thing assembled unless all the parts are there. I have never heard of this product and tried to order it for my fiancé but all the details are not included.

This is really good and so useful! Use sous vide. You can use a pot, right, but it's a lot easier. I can easily hang 3 bags on it and cook something. I found w sous vide, I cook extra, freeze one and use the other two right away. I love sous vide. You won't believe how good cooking the best meat is. And I've made some pretty awesome eggplants in it too.

This container goes well with a sous vide stick machine. I bought a lid to use with a Joule sous vide oven and it works great minimizing evaporation during long cooks like brisket. Protection when cooking, the container is deep enough for large cuts of meat. Cons: A really big piece of meat won't fit in here. No beef rib stand will work unless it's cut first. The main downside is that the neoprene sleeve smells awful. Smells like the rubber it's made of.

I have used my Joule with many different containers, mostly round but once with my large 18 liter frypot. While a pot works great, especially one towel-wrapped for insulation and fitted with a Joule-Cut foil lid, it's a bulky eyesore that'll sit on the counter for 48 hours while you cook the brisket.
