Received two days before Thanksgiving with a broken top flap. Need a container for Thanksgiving so I took advantage of the discount offered; the defect does not affect the performance. I cooked a medium turkey, it turned out great. I was skeptical that I could fit two breasts and two legs, but that's no problem. On my second pork belly as I write this. The container is spacious and the lid practically does not allow evaporation. The joule is well fixed at two different heights. The case feels solid and the lid, especially the hinges, feels a little light but not cheap. I think it's a worthwhile purchase for sous vide cooking.
