From assembly. 1. The screws were soft metal with very fine cuts for the included hex wrench. The Allen key didn't quite fit these screws, and the metal was so soft it was easy to remove. 2. The parts didn't fit together so the alignment was broken and it was difficult to even align the screw. 3. A few screws didn't even do their job. 4. The threaded holes in the parts seemed to have a slightly different thread pitch than the screws, making it very difficult to screw the screws in. Combined with points 1-3 above trying to piece this together is VERY frustrating. Usage: I was going to use it to keep the bikes upright in my pickup truck, but the legs weren't very long so the bikes would tip over at every turn. I wanted to use this as a much easier and faster method than attaching a bike rack to a hitch every time I wanted to tow. If I hadn't tied this rack down with straps it wouldn't work, and even then it wouldn't work well.
