I've used Epson salts in foot baths but these sea salts really help my foot pain. I have liver disease and my legs are swollen and so stiff and sore from not being able to bend them properly. I add about a cup of these salts to a hot foot bath and soak, and in no time I can flex my toes, wiggle my toes, flex my ankles and move my feet in circles, bending in any direction without pain. So I just sit in my shower chair and do leg, ankle and calf exercises. The Epson salt didn't help, neither did these sea salts. They were God's message to me. Thank you, this is a great product.
