I like that we can choose how much coverage we want for certain events. Also it is very easy to use in comparison with some other programs out there. You have to pay more than you would expect but if you know what you are doing then this program will work for you. We do not like having our information stored online so the only way to access them is via desktop or phone. This has been an issue when trying to get quotes from different companies. It also took us longer to find someone who could help us resolve issues. When looking at the cost of using DocuTrax make sure you compare the amount of time saved by being able to just send the COOs to correct website rather than waiting until they come into office.
