This product far exceeded my husband and I's expectations. First, the delivery speed was great! We calculated that the journey here to Virginia would take at least three days. It took two days, which surprised us a lot. Everything also arrived in perfect condition. We love the look of the faux leather case and how well it adheres to the tablet. This increases the weight of the tablet and gives you the security that it will not slip when transported or carried. We were blown away by the brightness and clarity of the screen, the volume and clarity of the speakers, and the responsiveness of this product. Pairing the included Bluetooth keyboard and mouse was the easiest I've ever experienced. The mouse is very responsive and tracking its position on the screen is extremely accurate! The additional items that come with this item are wonderful. Headphones are decent, they really have a lot of bass. The stylus/ink pen is good although I used it for writing rather than as a true tablet stylus as it is a bit fiddly. USB flashlight neat, very bright! Although, I don't think I'll ever use it. This can come in handy as a flashlight when you're writing something at night. The battery life of the tablet and Bluetooth keyboard is simply outstanding! The charge on the tablet was literally enough for the whole day after watching videos on Youtube and surfing the net. I've never had a device last that long on a single charge, not even a brand new one. This Android powered tablet is configured just like our mobile phones, so the user experience is excellent and we can switch seamlessly between the tablet and our phones. Also, we live in the mountains and the only internet service we use is the mobile hotspot on our phones. The Wi-Fi pairing between this tablet and my phone is excellent. I didn't have to buy a SIM card just for the tablet. If my phone has a signal and the hotspot is on and Wi-Fi is enabled on my tablet, I'm good to go. The overall processing speed and responsiveness of this tablet and everything else with it is mind blowing. It handles video streaming, office work, gaming applications, etc. It's a very powerful little device with great internal storage. I also love that this tablet also offers a built-in micro SD slot! I love it! Overall this item was amazing for the price! My husband and I are looking for reasons to use this device. We definitely put it to the test and so far it has exceeded everything we expected! If I could change anything about this product, I would only add a way to attach the keyboard to the case. Either with elastic loops sewn into the case, or a magnetic option would be great. As far as I can remember there really isn't anything else I would change. All in all a great product at a great price! I will definitely use this seller again!
