Non-authentic LG product according to LG warranty/repair department Bought these LG 780s new but they arrived and didn't look new but worked perfect. A few months later, they left an earpiece that had no sound. I submitted a repair request to LG and sent it to the LG repair department. LG returned them the SAME DAY YOU RECEIVED them and will not repair them as they were repaired with NON LG parts according to the summary LG repair receipt in the shipping box. My headphones are still broken and less than 6 months old. LG says they can't and won't fix it. Paid for a new device. Instead, I received a refurbished device that the manufacturer will not repair. Pointless and not fair.
