when i started using it it worked fine. Good clear sound, quick assembly, sits comfortably on the neck. Sound quality has dropped to almost nothing though, one earbud is basically dead, but unless you plug both in it's going to be harder to hear anything on the other side/headphone. I bought this headset to replace the LG HBS750 headset which lost a channel after about a year. I was very happy with it and thought the HBS780 could be a good upgrade.
