I like that they are easy to reach via phone or email if you have any questions about your account! They also offer great support options as well (phone calls only). The price is right too with their shared plans offering good value without being cheap at times when it comes time renewing contracts etc - we never had issues there so far but always happy enough to answer queries should anything go wrong in future which has not been an issue here yet either :) We use them primarily due our website design work / CMS projects where uptime really matters most especially during busy periods such as Christmas/New Year period.
