I like that it is easy to use with no extra software or plugins required - just upload your website files into an FTP account you create in their dashboard (which makes me feel more secure). It can be difficult at times if something goes wrong when uploading/downloading but they are always quick about resolving any issues! The ease with which I was able to set up my website using their customer service representatives is fantastic!
