Friendly support team with fast responses to tickets! Very good customer service as well - I've never had any issues or questions go unanswered by anyone at HFW when we have inquired about our accounts. The pricing is very friendly (and transparent) too; there are no hidden fees that you don't know about until after your contract has ended. Their billing cycles can be long sometimes which makes invoicing difficult if not done correctly in advance. However they do offer an annual invoice/refund policy where it covers anything you didn't use up during the previous year so it should help ease those concerns somewhat. They also let me pay month-to-month instead of having to sign contracts every time I need more space -- this was great because their prices were really low compared to other companies out there, but still allowed some flexibility along the way without.
