Beautiful golden color to brass. Excellent value for money and quality. Whenever you need to change the wick, you need to pour the oil into the 2nd vessel, wash the lamp with soap by unscrewing everything very quickly, replace the wick THEN reassemble, pour the oil back into the lamp and then wash the 2nd vessel. I sleep a lot better with one of these things on all night. It will take at least one overnight refill, but it does hold a fair amount of oil. More than any of my current lamps. Love it. Thanks seller.
