Good product. Bad customer service.
We purchased 14 of these lights for a customer. 1 or the 14 was faulty.I have tried repeatedly to get a replacement which would be under warranty but have had no luck in getting a response from Revain or the manufacturer.I am a contractor and we use products like this often, so being able to save money and buy online has helped. However, it looks to be worth the extra money to have a local supplier to backup the product and honor warranties.I rarely leave reviews, but since they asked, here it is.
