My 14 year old dachshund immediately loved this bed and seems so cozy in it. Because of her age, she sometimes forgets what she’s doing and we’ve had issues with her peeing in her blankets or beds. She peed on this bed the first night we had it and nothing soaked through to the inside stuffing and padding. It was so nice to just be able to throw the cover in the wash. It’s been through two washes now and hasn’t gotten matted yet like others have reported.
- Encourages better sleeping habits and lessens pet anxiety in the long run
- The bed may not be suitable for pets who need a lot of room to move around while sleeping
