Review on Outfit by Tom Beland

The system allows us to track our content, keep it organized in one place, and easily share with other departments within my organization. It's not always intuitive or easy for beginners like myself who are used to Google Docs/Drive but there's definitely some learning curve that comes along with this software. I would highly recommend trying out the free version of the product first before committing to purchasing the full license because you can use all of their features without paying anything until your ready. We've been able to create templates for different types of content we need throughout the year and have them automatically updated when new information becomes available. This has allowed me to stay informed on what others are working on as well as providing consistency across projects and allowing those outside of the department to access these documents.
