Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Avia Avi Verge White Medium Men's Sneakers - Shoes and Fashion Sneakers by Justin Ritter

Using Avia for work

I have 3 versions of the Avia range of running shoes - Avai Verge, Avia Skill and Avia Union II - I will be writing a review and cover for all three. Avia Verge is by far the worst of them all. Although the fit is true to size, I found they wear out quickly and feel poorly constructed. I've been wearing them to work for two months and they are already worn through the sole and torn on the outside of the sock. They don't claim to be non-slip and they definitely are NOT - don't buy them if you'll be working in the kitchen or on a slippery/wet surface. I would rate Avia Skill slightly higher than Verge. Unfortunately they seem to be a little under the advertised size, although they do provide good slip resistance and generally keep my feet out of the water. They don't have a small pull tab on the back. So if you're looking for this feature, throw it away. They also don't have the comfort I had from the Union II (a little thinner than the memory foam in the sole?). They just appear to be of slightly lower quality overall than the Union II. I would recommend the Union II of the three types mentioned. They're well constructed, comfortable, true to size, and while you "get what you pay for" (usually in the $25-35 range), they last 6-8 months. It works fine for me as I will only be buying a new pair. Paying $60 a year for shoes and essentially buying new shoes a few times a year is way better than paying $100 and having ugly worn shoes after 8 months. Hope that helps!
