So let me start by saying that this is by no means the solution when it comes to fighting your cat when bathing. In the end, you still have to face the struggle to get your cat involved. However, it was much easier to get her involved in this than to get her to take a bath without her. Can't speak to the zipper and its use for clipping claws as my cat is generally fine with it so we didn't have to use it for that purpose. The mesh fabric feels durable and is holding up quite well. when bathing, but after that it takes a surprisingly long time to dry. The mesh also helps create lather with the shampoo, which is great because we were concerned the pouch might make it difficult to clean well. So far we are very satisfied. We don't bathe our cat very often so I can't comment on how well she's holding up after multiple uses, but if we run into any issues I'll definitely update my review.
