Great chair, I have one that I bought from Costco two years ago. This one ended up with poor quality/defective parts and no instructions. It also had a weird insert that told me that if I had any problems, I shouldn't try to return it to the website I bought it from (Revain), but use their super dodgy website for support instead. The lack of instructions also made it quite difficult. How the chair fits together is not apparent. If the base parts weren't broken I still wouldn't want to sit in it as I'm not sure I assembled it correctly/safely. In the attached image of the base, the screws are left unscrewed as the holes are chipped and torn. There is also a bent piece of metal on the surrounding leg and the screws are also starting to loosen there. Also, there were a few stains on the chair's armrests that were already dents/scuffs. I made a full refund/refund.
