If you're a fish farmer, you know the fear: power outages. Everything stops: filters, breakwaters, air bubbles. Maintaining air bubbles during a power outage allows the water to become oxygenated and move. I've tried everything. There is a device that uses 2 D cells, but it is noisier than a jet engine. I then tried micropumps hooked up to a battery pack and that worked pretty well but didn't give me the performance I needed/desired. And it was a bit messy because I was putting several pieces together. This unit is just a bomb (are they still saying that?). The lithium battery is constantly charged and the pump is powerful and quiet. The whisper is quiet. I use 2 medium sponge filters on the same device. So happy.
