Review on πŸ‹οΈ Beastie Ball Massage Roller Set - Original & Extra Firm Spiky Massage Balls for Effective Muscle Therapy by Elsa Ferrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very effective facial relaxation tools in a handy little package

We found these little animal balls to be even better than the regular rumble roller for relaxing the facial muscles themselves. They get into hard-to-reach and small spaces much better than a roller and are easier to use with less effort. They can also be used for massage, rolling lightly (or hard) over tight muscles. The initial firmness is good for very sensitive areas or for floor exercises (calfs/glutes), while the added firmness is good for wall exercises (shoulders/back) as well as arm roll exercises or massages. We use both in different ways and for different muscle groups - together they make a great team. They are also very travel friendly, taking up much less space and weight than a travel size Rumble Roller without sacrificing performance. They make a great gift for anyone with chronically tight/aching muscles or fibromyalgia. UPDATE: After using them for almost 5 months according to the instructions that came with them, a friend bought a mixed pack of Beastie Balls. When their new ones arrived we immediately noticed that the bumps on our old X-Firm ball were significantly shorter than their new ball - ours had lost quite a bit of its "spikyness" in <5 months of use. Despite their effectiveness in self-myofascial release, they may not last very long before needing replacement if that is necessary to maintain sharper bulges to reach small spaces. We contacted Rumble Roller directly about our experience and they responded immediately and sent us a replacement. free - great customer service! Therefore, despite the potential for wear and tear, we will continue to give this product a 5 star rating for being very effective in myofascial self-relaxation and the Rumble Roller's excellent customer service.
