Looks more like chrome on hardware

Although this product is the correct size, it is not satin nickel. Well, maybe I don't know what a satin nickel is, but I figured it would be "brushed" rather than polished. Looks more like chrome. Keep this in mind when trying to pick up pens that aren't shiny. When I sent this question to the seller, they quickly responded with an RMA number but also stated that the item I ordered was the one shipped.
