I only review exceptional products... bad or good. As it turns out, that's bad. Let me start by saying that I despise returns (I usually send poorly recommended retail/online purchases to family and friends who could use the purchase...better), but as soon as I opened this pillow I went and grabbed a box from recycling. The filling is flat from vacuum packing to death...it never got fluffy. We tumble dry low, shake it up and do whatever we can to air it out. It turns out ... the air is normal, the pillow is out of order. Padding pieces of polyester are literally sewn into the seams. I've included photos for reference along with photos of poor/rushed workmanship. Speaking of synthetics, the "velvety" texture of a pillow (and its adorable, if useless, accessories) just FEEL like synthetics, you know? Why not just be cotton? Cotton jersey maybe? It may be bougie, but my bed should be the same as the bed in the presidential suite of any hotel anywhere in the world. Good sleep is important... and for example... how can you sleep well without a quality pillow? Long story short return. I want my money back... I don't even want to give this to someone I love. 10/10 Wouldn't recommend.
