Although the straps are really made for a larger size, the bib of this apron is not very wide. I'm a tall woman and I really like the fit of the ties and skirt, but when I'm working or cooking the bust area needs to be covered as well. One of the main reasons you need an apron is to keep the front clean and unfortunately this apron doesn't have enough coverage to really do that in my chest area (and I'm not what most consider a large bust , pretty average actually). This is definitely a disappointment. This apron is also difficult to adjust from the front as the straps cross at the back and then it doesn't slip off as easily.
