The ads are well targeted, they have an excellent conversion rate for us (higher than our competitors). They also provide very good reporting tools which helps to monitor campaigns better. Their UI could be improved - it's not always intuitively clear what actions can or cannot be performed from within their platform. Also I think that there should be more flexibility when selecting ad formats other then just image-based ones. It would help if we had access to some of those data sources like Google Analytics so as to understand how users interact with them before deciding whether this format suits our needs best.
