Great customer service.

I just couldn't figure out how to use it and gave a bad review. I'm very sorry. It was nice to hear directly from the company that they were concerned and wanted to help me. They explained the product and reminded me of the manual. (which was attached) Also reading other people's reviews helped me figure out the best way to use it. I have a lot to learn. But I recommend it because if it doesn't work you will be helped or replaced.
