The phone is secured but the grip on the handle is loose.
My iPhone 11 sits very securely in the holder, but the clip that holds it to the handlebars keeps the phone coming my way on rough roads. After figuring out all the parts I was able to attach the mount to the bike's handlebars, there were no instructions or pictures. I also found that the two washers need to go in opposite directions to keep the clamp from slipping off them when going over rough roads.
