Relatively easy to install and good lighting in case of power failure
Easy to install in the hall in less than 10 minutes. You need to make mounting holes and they are already marked. During the 30 minute power outage the lamp worked very well and provided adequate light to the area. Based on that, I'll be ordering a few more for other areas.
