Bought two of these to work on new Ryzen 3 systems - ASRock B550M Pro4 motherboards. One is going well. The other came with unbeatable (two different) antennas. E-mail written to the address in the documentation, no reply. I couldn't find any support. Bought an extra set of antennas. After a couple of weeks, Bluetooth (BT) died (there is another review with this problem). I spent a day uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and finally concluded that it was a hardware issue. I replaced these with a PCIe wifi 6, BT 5.1 card. No drama, happiness.
